Commission Policy 

50% of the total quoted price is to be paid up front  

Deposit is non-refundable should you decide not to go through with the commission 

The artist will communicate with the buyer and discuss the proposed artwork 

Progress photos will be sent during initial sketch / idea phase and any necessary aesthetic changes can be made 

Another progress photo will be sent when the work is half completed, any small details that need attention or altering (nothing that majorly changes the composition and subject already agreed upon from initial sketch / idea phase) 

Full payment must be received prior to the shipping of artwork, Client will not receive a full high resolution image of painting until full amount has been received by Artist.  

A clear photograph of the finished painting will be sent to client to check over.  

Artwork will be shipped after full payment receipt, unless there are any other minor changes the client wishes to the piece, barring anything too extreme, impractical or deemed otherwise unnecessary by the artist.

Shipping & Returns 

Shipping costs fall upon the customer for all commission works larger than 20 x 28 inches. Shipping will be quoted by the artist when the parameters of the commission painting have been agreed upon by both the artist and the customer. A final shipping price will be payable by the customer and subject to change depending on shipping charges, overall size and weight of the painting. Please note, pre-stretched canvases are bulky and will NOT be unstretched after painting to cut shipping costs. (If this concerns you it is your responsibility to request unstretched canvas, it will then be the buyers responsibility to have the canvas stretched by a professional.)

Returns are not offered on Commission paintings as they are created to suit the customer.

Shipping Policy

Complementary courier services ( free courier delivery) of all original artworks is offered as part of the artwork purchase to domestic Australian addresses.

International collectors are required to contact me directly for shipping quotes, and I will endeavor to find the most cost-effective means of transport to your location.

The processing times of each item can be found within the product descriptions. I will endeavor to organise shipping/ courier of your purchase as soon as possible. I will keep you apprised if delays in dispatching times are foreseen, and greatly thank you for your patience in this matter. Please note that shipping time delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such a weather, with the courier may be unavoidable.

Please note that I am unable to change the address of the shipment once it has dispatched from my studio. Please contact me as soon as possible if a change of address has occurred, or an incorrect address is entered to mitigate the potential for lost goods.

Madison Storm Artist is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.

Intellectual Property of Artworks

Rights to all artworks, including originals, prints, and commissions, remain the sole property of the artist both before and after sale. Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to print, replicate or distribute the artwork in any form. Sharing photos of the purchased artworks across social media platforms does not violate this cause, as long as due reference is paid to the artist.
